Valerie is a children’s yoga teacher who loves creating playful spaces where children can move, breathe, and feel connected. With years of experience guiding camps and classes, she brings warmth and creativity to every session, helping campers discover joy in movement and mindfulness.
Shane is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher who finds inspiration in nature and calm practices. His own journey of healing showed him the power of mindful movement and relaxation, and he now shares these tools with children to help them grow with awareness, balance, and calm.
