Terms and Conditions – ZenClub Holiday Programs

Please take a moment to read the following information to help ensure a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience for all children attending ZenClub Holiday Camps.

Participation

Our programs include movement, mindfulness and creative activities. By registering your child, you acknowledge the nature of these activities and agree to your child’s participation.

Health and Wellbeing

If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that they remain at home to rest. Please let us know as soon as possible if your child will be absent.

Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once the registration form has been completed and full payment has been received.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start time are non-refundable, as staffing and venue costs are confirmed in advance.
If a program is cancelled by ZenClub, a full refund or credit will be offered.

Pick Up

Children must be collected on time at the end of the program. Late pick-up fees may apply.
