Terms & Conditions – ZenClub Holiday Programs

We’re so glad your child will be joining us for ZenClub Holiday Camps. To keep things safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to read through the following:

Participation

Our programs include movement, mindfulness, and creative activities. By registering, you acknowledge this and take responsibility for your child’s participation.

Health & Wellbeing

If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home to rest. Please notify us of any absences as soon as possible.

Payments & Cancellations

• A $30 deposit per child is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the program start time are non-refundable.

• If a program is cancelled by ZenClub, a full refund or credit will be offered.

Pick-up

Children must be collected on time at the end of the program. Late pick-up fees may apply.
