We’re so glad your child will be joining us for ZenClub Holiday Camps. To keep things safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to read through the following:
Our programs include movement, mindfulness, and creative activities. By registering, you acknowledge this and take responsibility for your child’s participation.
If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home to rest. Please notify us of any absences as soon as possible.
A $30 deposit per child is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the program start time are non-refundable.
If a program is cancelled by ZenClub, a full refund or credit will be offered.
Children must be collected on time at the end of the program. Late pick-up fees may apply.
Please ensure your contact and emergency details are up to date so we can reach you if needed.
